CANCELLATION POLICY

To hold your reservation, and reserve your equipment, we ask for a credit card commitment or a 50% deposit when you make your reservations.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, Cash or check
(please let us know if you are sending a check, we’ll keep an eye out for it).

Reservations made less than 14 days prior to your trip must be held using a credit card.
If fewer people show up on the trip date than what you have reserved, NO REFUNDS OR ALLOWANCES WILL BE MADE. The cost of the trip will stay the same, so please tell your people that last minute cancellations are non-refundable.

When booking and reserving your trip, we also make a financial and resource commitments to properly serve you. Please respect our commitment to you.

Cancellations up to 14 days prior to trip date – 100% Refund*
Cancellations 7-13 days prior to trip date – 50% Refund*
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to trip date – No Refund
* minus charges incurred for c/c transactions.
